Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all SYRN tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Ship It Back
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
